As Vice President of Contracts, Cherise Haskins is responsible for ensuring adherence to corporate policies, legal requirements, customer specifications, and federal regulations related to contracts and subcontracts and supporting Paltech’s strategic planning.
Prior to joining Paltech in 2002, Ms. Haskins supported the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center for three years as a corporate contracts administrator. In addition, she was responsible for performing analyses and assessments of contract requirements.
Cherise received her Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) from Georgetown University. She has been a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) since 1991. She regularly attends workshops and seminars and takes courses to enhance her skills and understanding of contracting laws and regulations, contract pricing and proposal development, which are offered by the U.S. General Services Administration, Shipley Associates, Michigan State University, George Washington University, Harvard Law School, and the Federal Market Group. She is a member of the Professional Services Council (PSC) Government Affairs Committee as well as the PSC Health & Human Services Task Force.
