Gradient provides software integration capabilities to produce multi-tiered maintenance support tools and interactive training applications built on flexible international data standards such as S1000D and SCORM.

Our customers are chiefly US military and government organizations. Government clients can procure Gradient’s services through various contract vehicles, including Seaport-e, Warfighter FOCUS, DESP II, PEO CS & CSS Omnibus, Army DLETP, GSA MOBIS, and GSA IT.
Services include everything from custom development of interactive 3D simulations to basic template-based instructional systems. Our innovative web-based platform, named GeARS (Gradient eLearning Advanced Readiness System), helps our clients reduce cost and improve performance results.
Challenge: The Naval Air Systems Command needed a state-of-the-art interactive technical manual for the EA-6B ICAPIII modification that could be updated by government personnel, viewable on multiple devices, via the Web or in standalone mode, and provide life-cycle maintenance and training.
Solution: Paltech, in its role as 1st tier subcontractor for the project, developed a web-based training and maintenance platform to update and modify online manuals as parts or procedures changed, adding systems as required. We created a media-rich electronic performance support system that includes videos of remove-and-replace procedures, rotating 3D models of parts with connectors and cables, interactive wiring illuminators, and other critical data. Updates are reflected system-wide immediately.
Result: The task was completed on schedule, and follow-up work being done to incorporate enhanced features and capabilities. We’ve transitioned support from one prime to another, and received very high customer service ratings throughout.
