Paltech provided human resources in the form of administrative and program support staff to the Bureau for Global Health (GH) at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) from 1994 to 2012. Paltech project managers provided critical performance management support by developing and implementing performance appraisal and talent management systems. Paltech conducted 90 day and annual 360 performance appraisals for staff and managed performance outcomes by building on strengths and identifying areas for improvement. By encouraging staff to complete the Professional Development Plan and Annual Work Plan tools provided by the Bureau of Global Health (GH), Paltech identified appropriate trainings to enhance professional development and manage the talent pool.
