GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business (OASIS SB) – Pool 1
OASIS is the only government-wide contract for complex professional services; it is crafted to provide all Federal agencies with streamlined access to a broad spectrum of complex professional services for both commercial and non-commercial needs.

OASIS Contract Benefits:
- Provides a single solution for complex requirements
- Supports multiple technical disciplines and mission spaces
- Supports commercial and non-commercial services acquisition
- Allows for classified and unclassified services
- Allows for CONUS and OCONUS requirements
- Supports all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
- Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level
- Has no program ceiling, a five-year base and one five-year option a benefit to long-term planning for complex program requirements

Scientific Services
- Services that are primarily involved in the application of comprehensive scientific and professional knowledge in planning, conducting, evaluating, and managing fundamental research, knowledge enhancement, and/or technology development and innovation.
- Examples include: Environmental Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Psychological Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Social Sciences, Decision Support Sciences
Engineering Services
- Services or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles.
- Examples include: Systems Engineering, Configuration Management, Concept Development, Design Documentation and Technical Data, System Design, Test and Evaluation, Technical Documentation, Data Analytics
Logistics Services
- Services that include the management of the flow of resources, not only goods, between the point of origin and the point of destination in order to meet the requirements of organizations. Logistics services involves the integration of information, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material handling, packaging, security, and any other function necessary to the flow of resources.
- Examples include: Logistics Training Services, Inventory Management, Logistical Studies and Evaluations, Logistics Design, Logistics Management and Support Services, Logistics Operations Support
Financial Management Services
- Services that include the planning, directing, monitoring, organizing, and controlling of the monetary resources of an organization.
- Examples include: Budget Analysis and Tracking, Business Information Services, Financial Management, Accounting, and Auditing Services, Grant Management
