Simulation and Training Omnibus Contract II (STOC II)
The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, and Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Simulation and Training Omnibus Contract II, or STOC II, is a set of multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide simulation, training and instrumentation products and services for the Warfighter, from concept development continuing through life cycle support. Paltech is a recipient of both the Full and Open and a Small Business Set-Aside Lot of STOC II.
How to Use STOC II
The STOC II contract consists of two Lots:
- The Full & Open Lot (Lot I – 65 Contracts)
- The Small Business Set-Aside Lot (Lot II- 41 Contracts). Currently in the Second Option Period – 01 Oct 2013 – 30 Sep 2016
STOC II Contract Benefits:
- Facilitate the leveraging of programs and technology (to include Joint and/or Joint-related) in the best interests of the U.S. Army and Department of Defense
- Prepare the Warfighter to meet the challenges of the future Joint operational environment
- Support continued growth in the interoperability of Live, Virtual, Constructive and Testing solutions to enhance training and testing capabilities of the Warfighter
