Cherise Haskins

Vice President of Contracts

As Vice President of Contracts, Cherise Haskins is responsible for ensuring adherence to corporate policies, legal requirements, customer specifications, and federal regulations related to contracts and subcontracts and supporting Paltech’s strategic planning.

Prior to joining Paltech in 2002, Ms. Haskins supported the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center for three years as a corporate contracts administrator. In addition, she was responsible for performing analyses and assessments of contract requirements.

Cherise regularly attends workshops and seminars and takes courses to enhance her skills and understanding of contracting laws and regulations, contract pricing and proposal development, which are offered by the U.S. General Services Administration, Shipley Associates, Michigan State University, George Washington University, Harvard Law School, and the Federal Market Group.
