AD HOC CONSULTING
Paltech subject matter experts are often called to help clients with: program planning, team-building exercises, curriculum assessments, reports, publications, evaluations, critical meetings, and new software implementation. Clients know they can rely on us to get it right after assessing requirements and resources. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Federal clients sometimes need personnel resources for a long period of time. In these cases, we provide self-contained, multi-skilled teams for client sites. These teams include supervisors, but overall direction comes from government personnel. Our support frees Federal clients to focus on policy issues while ensuring efficient program operation.
PROGRAM SUPPORT
We also provide administrative staff, either to supplement government personnel or to fully staff an administrative office with specialized skills. Paltech provides individuals and teams known for their “can do” attitudes, work ethic, commitment, and attention to detail. Paltech employees are expert communicators and team players. Administrative staff take direction from Federal personnel when on site.
PUBLICATIONS SUPPORT
Publishing and editing is a time-consuming task. Paltech provides content strategy through technical publications, conference papers, speeches, newsletters, content-rich bulletins, research, and more. Our highly educated subject matter experts provide the degree of support needed, from limited tasks to managing an entire process from solicitation, coordinating design, printing, publishing, and distribution.
INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT
International development activities evolved from our founder’s expertise and interest in the field, and the international experience of Paltech’s senior staff. Our staff of ~200 speak more than 40 languages. We have successfully managed training, education, and health-related projects abroad, and have provided technical assistance to international government departments supporting: tourism development; strengthening democratic institutions; and implementation of new technology.
