Omar Kader

Dr. Kader is the founder of PAL Technologies, Inc. (Paltech), a professional services firm specializing in training, technical assistance, instructional systems, and program management. Paltech has provided reliable e-learning services to U.S. government agencies including Department of State, Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Dr. Kader previously served as the Executive Director of two non-governmental organizations in Washington. He also served as a member of the U.S. Delegation observing and monitoring democratic elections worldwide.
