FRONT-END
Front-end analysis (FEA) is a systematic process that determines the most optimal training/learning solution to meet needs of a target audience. FEA is the primary means of diagnosing and resolving performance problems. With more than 16 years of experience, Paltech is well-versed in conducting FEA for a wide variety of training and learning solutions such as instructor-led, mentoring/coaching, web-based, mobile, Learning Management System (LMS), print, and any digital format.
INNOVATIVE DESIGN
Effective training solutions map to a customer’s strategic objectives, address the business need in a cost-effective manner, and are flexible and scalable to support future initiatives. Federal agencies require innovative, engaging training and learning tailored to their needs. We follow established, repeatable project management processes to create responsive design solutions that ensure requirements traceability and development control.
IMPLEMENTATION
Training and learning solutions can range from conventional training (in-classroom, online, enterprise-wide training systems) to non-training alternatives like mentoring, coaching, developmental assignments, action learning projects, and shadowing. Paltech understands that the Federal government is seeking vendors to support design, development, and implementation of innovative training and learning solutions for varied learners. Our approach meets needs without sacrificing efficiency and quality.
EVALUATION
Evaluation is used to validate instructional content and effectiveness prior to launch. Training products and learning assets must be evaluated and revised to ensure accuracy and efficacy. We incorporate systematic, continuous training evaluation as well as summative training evaluation for our products.
PMO: COURSE AND ENTERPRISE LEVEL
Much of the investment in a course is made during design and development–but no matter how well a course has been developed, correct implementation is key. Successful implementation at the individual course delivery level is critical to ensure success at the program level. Responsibilities are shared between the Program Management Office and a course development team experienced in supporting the PMO during implementation.
Paltech successfully implements and provides PMO support for individual training products and services delivered via web, mobile, LMS, classroom instruction, any digital format, and paper documents. Complex, large-scale implementations require a team with proven experience in project management and technical implementation specific to training departments, corporate universities, schools, and HR departments. Paltech has extensive experience at the major program and enterprise level for the PMO offices of the Foreign Service Institute, Health and Human Services University, and the Office of Head Start.
